Information regarding the posters and poster sessions:

The poster session will be held Monday February 1, from 13:00-16:00; lunch will be provided at the poster session (room to be announced at the meeting). The posters can also be viewed and discussed during the coffee breaks or evenings during the subsequent sessions until Wednesday morning February 3.

Please note the following with regard to your poster preparation:

1. Posters should preferably be prepared on one sheet.

2. Posters will be attached to boards with double-sided tape, which will be provided.

3. The size of your poster must not exceed 90 cm width, and 1.5 m height.

4. Title and author(s) of your poster should appear at the top of the poster in bold lettering.

5. All text and illustrations should be easy to read from a distance of 2 meters.

Each pre-registered poster will be allotted a number and a poster board.  We are sorry, but we cannot accommodate last-minute contributions. 

Please mount your posters on Sunday evening, January 31 or early Monday morning, February 1, and remove them before the morning of Wednesday, February 3. 

The organizers cannot be held responsible for posters that are not removed on time.
