ISCS

The Israel Stem Cell Society mission:

• Host, organize and link academic activities nationwide
• Organize national and international meetings, schools, symposia and workshops
• Promote ties with international societies involved in stem cell research
• Increase awareness of the need for support of stem cell research in Israel
• Moderate the debate over ethical issues
• Disseminate information to the public

Israel Stem Cell Society elections were conducted during The First International Stem Cell Meeting, held on June 5-7 2007, at the Dan Panorama, Tel Aviv. ISCS welcomes all those involved in Stem Cell research in Israel, irrespective of their background, research focus and objectives.
ISCS is a platform for collaboration between academic institutions, discussion of practical and ethical issues, debate of newly emerging concepts, coordination of professional conferences and dissemination of information to the public.
