Protein Data Bank in Europe (PDBe; has an opening for a scientific programmer to work (1) on the incorporation of small-angle scattering (SAS) data into the wwPDB Deposition and Annotation system and (2) on presentation and dissemination of SAS data through the PDBe website.

A three-years PhD position in material sciences and solid-state NMR spectroscopy is available in the NMR group, University of Lille, France. It will start preferably in October 2015.

We are seeking for a highly motivated candidate to study the mineralization of the zebra fish, Danio rerio through solid state NMR.

The project is part of an interdisciplinary collaboration between Evolutionary biologists and NMR spectroscopists from the University Pierre and Marie Curie (UPMC, Paris, France). The project aims to better understand the fundamental processes of apatite formation in the frame of bone mineralization.
