Postdoc position available

A 3 year postdoc post available in my group. The project involves the application of PELDOR/DEER spectroscopy and CryoEM on membrane ion channels. I would be grateful if you could pass this advert to anyone who may be interested.
"Applications are invited to conduct multidisciplinary research investigating the structure and function of mechanosensitive ion channels, which form pores in the cell membrane and allow the passage of molecules in response to membrane tension.
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented postdoctoral researcher to undertake a 3 year BBSRC-funded post in the Pliotas laboratory. The project aims at obtaining and solving novel CryoEM structures of mechanosensitive ion channels in distinct conformational states. Dynamics will be interrogated by PELDOR/DEER spectroscopy within lipid/native environment and function will be assessed by single molecule electrophysiology. CryoEM facilities in the Astbury Centre at University of Leeds are state-of-the-art, including 2 x Titan Krios 300keV electron microscopes. The project will also involve trips to the St Andrews and Manchester EPR facilities to undertake the PELDOR/DEER experiments.
More details may be found in the following link: "

Deadline for applications is on the 14th of July 2019.
