An in-house LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) has been developed for the following purposes:

1. Experimental design and follow-up for cloning, expression, production, purification and crystallization of targets

2. Submission of targets

3. Analysis of the target, using a variety of bioinformatics tools incorporated in the LIMS.

4. Primer design

5. Target tracking (also see labTargets below)

6. Data mining
