LabTargets©, the tracker/browser/database for proteomics, is a small application for keeping track and report the status of targets and complexes in your laboratory. LabTargets© runs on several platforms and requires a simple installation.

System Requirements:
LabTargets© requires both Perl and Apache web server on linux, windows, Mac OS X or unix. The system runs well both on a small PC and on a large linux server.
Download and Installation
Download either the zip file or the tar.gz file anywere in you computer and expand it to create a labTargets directory and a few subdirectories.
Get into the just created install subdirectory, and type on the command line
perl doConfig.pl
perl doInstall.pl
and reply to the simple questions. You can always revise the whole process.
