of protein complexes in E. coli and insect cells
ABOUT THE WORKSHOP:
This workshop is aimed particularly at young scientists and technical staff
who want to learn at first hand new strategies for cloning and expression of
protein complexes in E. coli and insect cells.
The course will cover LDC and
LIC cloning methodologies and small-scale secreted and intracellular
expression of protein complexes in E. coli and insect cells.
The course will be limited to 14 participants, and will be under the auspices of
the Israel Structural Proteomics Center (ISPC), headed by Joel Sussman.
REGISTRATION: Researchers who are interested in participating in the workshop should send their CV and one letter of recommendation to Bracha Vaknin (ispc@weizmann.ac.il)
