AWARD MECHANISM: The fellowship funds a three year internship in Defense R&D Management in Israel. Upon completion of the internship, qualified fellows will be expected to work at Israeli defense R&D facilities for an additional period of at least three years. Scholarships will be awarded to Israeli citizens who have displayed scholastic excellence and have the demonstrable leadership potential needed to succeed at the management level of national/international defense R&D.
