Chemistry forum

The Weizmann women in chemistry (WWIC) is a student forum for women in all stages of their scientific career in the department of chemistry. Our goal is to promote, encourage and expand the horizons of women in pursuit of professional careers in science, by building a supportive community and providing a variety of programs.

Our monthly-base meetings include:

  • Professional development workshops – provide practical tools and develop leadership skills, confidence and management skills.
  • Inspiring talks from leading speakers (both women and men) about topics such as work-life balance and personal stories.
  • Providing a platform for open dialog on selected topics.
  • Recreational activities.
