As the principal software engineer, you will work with our PhDs, bioinformaticians, and data scientists to create a delivery platform to process large-scale DNA sequencing data, which will be performed in-house, on customer premise, and in the cloud.

Role Description
Build an end to end bioinformatics pipeline
Package and deliver bioinformatics software to customers as “product”
Automate at scale running the pipeline internally on customers data
Create cloud infrastructure for cloud delivery
Explore new software packages to improve the pipeline
Write new software to improve specific pipeline performance or accuracy
Setup software development foundations (GIT, Jenkins, ..)
Requirements
BSC/EE/CS Bachelor's degree or equivalent
