Your Role:
An excellent opportunity to leading departmental products development and project activities and manage a team of 5 scientists. As an R&D Manager you will be responsible for the development of products related to the chemical, molecular, and cell biology research field, you will introduce growth opportunities including new technology platforms, you will identify and evaluate licensing, collaborations, and OEM opportunities, write development work plans and product-related documents, launch products into the company catalog (NPDI) via SAP-next system, you will work with product and project managers in order to build product pipelines, you will monitor the progress of development and execute it on-time, routinely evaluate and improve the future products pipeline, you will support the tech transfer of products into the production departments and design relevant application data to support market entry and sales of new products, you will reports to the Molecular reagents R&D head.
Who You Are:
Ph.D.in Life Science/Cell Biology/Molecular Biology/Biotechnology
Background in Molecular biology research tools and platforms
Experience in proteins expression & purification and assays development – an advantage
Good oral and written Hebrew and English level
Experienced in managing a team of scientists in an Industry environment
3+ years of experience in Biotech (Global company – an advantage)
Proven track record in running projects independently
Ability to handle multiple scientific projects simultaneously
Information-systems oriented
Great interpersonal and communicational skills
Ability quickly adapt to changes
