1) Senior Electrodes technologist for the development of electrode production technology
Job description
Chemical engineer, materials engineer, or chemist with a background in:
1. Porous materials
3. Powder mixing
4. Roll-to-roll processes
5. Coating processes
6. Battery or fuel cell technology
Developing and optimizing roll coating processes (immersion coating, laminating) including process development, scale up, scoping process parameters, troubleshooting, etc
• Validation/QC process development
• Project management skills a plus
• Product subcomponent development, including hydrophobic or hydrophilic porous products
• Materials development and integration into the final product
Requirements
• Material Science or equivalent, Ms. or PhD
• More than 5 years practical commercial experience with porous materials
o Powders materials
o PTFE
o Carbon
o Foams
o Non-woven materials
o Roll-to-roll converting process and/or fabrication experience
• Ability to lead both material and process technology development
• Good English
• Startup experience, new product introduction experience a plus
• Experience in scaling up of processes; moving from lab to pilot, then to production plant.
• Experience in validation of processes, machinery, and product
• Development of new processes

• Experience in Catalyst development and synthesis 5 - 10 years
