Integrated Calendar Event Entry Form
With the exception of Conferences and Retreats, all events taking place at Weizmann must be entered using this form.
You do not need a userid or password in order to enter a departmental lecture or seminar. Simply click on Add if you are adding a new lecture, or on Edit if you are modifying an already existing lecture.
If you are authorized to enter colloquia, academic events, board of governors events or cultural events, you need a userid and password. Contact Ronen Hayun (x-6362, ronen.hayun@weizmann.ac.il) for the appropriate userid and password.
If you wish to modify or delete an event, click on the Edit button.
- If the event is a departmental lecture or colloquia, you may choose a sponsor. You will receive a list of events hosted by the sponsor you choose. You can then click on the event you want to modify or delete. Note that if you are modifying or deleting a colloquium, you must enter your userid and password.
- If the event is an academic event, board of governors event, or cultural event, you need not choose a sponsor. When you enter your userid and password, you will receive a list of the events related to that userid . You can then click on the event you want to modify or delete.
The entry form has a field for your name. Make sure to enter your name the way it appears in the Human Resources database. You can check this by looking up your own entry in the online directory.
