Abstract: New opportunities in 2D NMR arise by combining imaging-based spectral/spatial 2D radiofrequency manipulations with Hadamard-weighting principles, to retrieve 2D NMR spectra within a single scan. This approach can be used to retrieve homo- or hetero-nuclear correlations, exploiting a priori knowledge of the indirect domain peak positions to achieve an enhanced sensitivity vis-ˆ-vis conventional ultrafast 2D NMR.
