Schedule for the German visitors:
A) For the guests that arrive in the organized flight:
The flight arrives at Ben-Gurion airport on Saturday, September 13th, at 15:00. A bus will be waiting for you from 15:30 near the exit - the bus driver will hold a sign that says "Weizmann" and will be standing near a book shop with a green sign that says "Steimatzky" - it should be on your right after you exit from the custom control. The Bus will take you to the Weizmann Institute where you will stay at the San Martin Guest House for Saturday night.
We will send you separately a formal invitation letter that you can present at the passport control and customs. In case of any problem please call Amir Natan, mobile phone 054-4343222 (or +972-54-4343222 when calling from outside of Israel).
B) People arriving with different flights - please inform us
immediately. You will have to arrive at the main gate of the Weizmann Institute
on Saturday evening and ask for the key to your rooms. Please contact

To all participants:
There will be a bus that will leave the Weizmann
Institute on Sunday the 14th at 09:00 to the hotel in Tzfat. The
Israeli students that want to go on the bus should write to
amir.natan@weizmann.ac.il or
eyal.capua@weizmann.ac.il in advance.
The bus will stop for a lunch somewhere on the way and we will arrive at the
hotel at about 14:00. People that plan to arrive at the hotel independently,
please inform Amir or Eyal. Students are going to share rooms, if you have a
specific person that you wish to share the room with - please write to
amir.natan@weizmann.ac.il.
Since the hotel is full, at the moment we cannot accommodate students in a
single room or students that bring their family. Those will have to stay at
another Hotel in the town. Please contact us.
The formal ending of the seminar is on Wednesday night (the 18th). On Thursday the 19th in the morning (10:00) there will be a bus that will take the people from Germany that take the organized flight to the airport - the same bus will continue to the Weizmann Institute so Israeli students can join this bus.
