The International Conference on Mathematical Geophysics meets every two years and is sponsored by the Committee on Mathematical Geophysics (CMG) of the International Union of Geodesy and Geophysics (IUGG). The 26th international conference in this series will focus on:
Coupling in Earth Systems: Solids, Fluids, Life
and will be held June 4-8, 2006 on the shores of the sea of Galilee, Israel.
The committee invites scholars who, using quantitative methods, study coupled systems in the Earth Sciences (at all spatial and temporal scales, ranging from the core, mantle and crust to the surface, cryosphere, oceans, and atmosphere) to submit abstracts through the website to the conference secretariat.
In order to communicate, please send us your updated contact details (e-mail, phone, fax).
We would appreciate it if you could distribute this information to other interested scientists.
Looking forward to welcoming you to the CMG 2006 conference!
