Welcome to the 14th Israeli - German Administrators’ Conference
The first conference, setup by a group of Israeli and German engineers working in universities and research institutes, was held over 25 years ago. These founders understood the importance of sharing their expertise, exchanging ideas and furthering cooperation. Realizing the benefits these interactions produced, the scope of the conferences quickly widened to include all aspects of administration in institutes of higher learning. Since then conferences have been held regularly in Israel and Germany. The participants are all senior administrative staff.
The 14th conference will be held in Israel and hosted by Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Tel-Aviv University and the Weizmann Institute of Science. Participating German institutes include Heidelberg University, the German Cancer Research Center and the German Research Center for Environmental Health.
The conference will include frontal lectures, workshops, professional site visits as well as local and historical tours.
