This symposium celebrates the 70th birthday of Prof. Michael W. Kirson and his more than 40 years at the Weizmann Institute. His lustrous career includes pioneering work in Nuclear Structure theory, as well as wise and devoted leadership in the life of the Physics Faculty and the entire Weizmann Institute.
