The aim of this conference, a series that was started at Cornell in 2006 and that has since been held in Ithaca, Paris, Monte Verità, Waterloo and Les Houches, is to bring together scientists and engineers interested in the field of ultrasensitive spin detection and nanoscale magnetic resonance imaging. A particular focus will be on scanning probe microscopy, nanomechanical resonators, single spins in diamond, ferromagnetic resonance, nanomagnetism, and on the experimental and theoretical challenges that go with pushing the limits of measurements.
