The deadline for abstract submission has been extended to January 5, 2011
Participants are encouraged to submit Abstracts of relevant work. The Abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committees of NPA5 and will be assigned as oral or poster contributions. The planned Poster Session will be a significant and central event at NPA5.
Abstract submission is now open. It is handled through the Indico system. You must register to the Indico website of NPA5 before submitting an abstract.

It is anticipated that most abstracts will be accepted for oral or poster presentation. A poster session is planned on Tuesday afternoon, April 5, 2011. The posters will be available for viewing for a longer period.
A wine and cheese Poster session is scheduled in the afternoon of Tuesday, April 5.
Posters will stay on display for viewing and discussion during the breaks till Thursday afternoon, ensuring that they will receive due attention and exposure. Please hang your poster on Monday and remove it by Thursday afternoon, April 7, not before 16:30. The dimensions of the poster boards are height: 120cm and width: 100cm. Supplies will be available for hanging posters. Please check with the Conference secretariat upon arrival for your poster board number.
Those interested in printing their posters at the Conference venue may contact Ms. Ady at Max Studio in Eilat at: studiomax@barak.net.il or +972-8-6339555. The company can do the printing of an individual poster within one working day for the cost of 90 NIS ($24) without lamination or 120 NIS ($32) with lamination, and they will bring the poster to the King Solomon hotel (conference venue). The payment should be done directly to the company by credit card. They need to receive a converted PDF file without crop marks.
The presenter of the best poster, to be determined at the Conference, will be awarded a prize of 500 Eu, given by the European Physical Society
The deadline for abstract submission is January 5, 2011. After the deadline, the conference organizers will review the abstracts submitted and will inform the presenting author whether the abstract has been accepted for oral or poster presentation.
