The online registration to NPA5 2011 is now open.
It is being handled through the Indico system. Registration form is accessible here.
Payment can be made using one of the following credit cards: American Express, Mastercard and Visa. If this mode of payment is not suitable for you please contact the conference organizers through email.
Deadline for online registration is March 25, 2011. Beyond this date, registration will be available on site only.
The registration fee will be 300 Eur. For individual members of the EPS, registration fee will be 270 Eur. Those rates are valid until February 22, 2011. After that date, registration fee will be 350 Eur. Registration fee for students will be 200 Eur.
The registration fee covers conference material, (including the Proceedings), reception, banquet, excursion, coffee breaks and all lunches Monday through Friday.
Registration fee for accompanying persons will be 140 Eur, including conference reception, excursion and banquet.
Cancellation Policy:
Full refund of registration fees less bank charges will be made for cancellations received by fax or e-mail up to March 4, 2011. If registration is cancelled after March 4, 2011, bank charges and the sum equal to the price of 1 night stay in the conference hotel booked together with your registration will be withheld from the refund. This does not apply if you reserve your own accommodation.
