We regret to inform you that, in view of the COVID19 situation worldwide, we decided to postpone the “18th International p53 workshop”. The situation is constantly evolving and no predictions can be made at this point regarding travel bans/restrictions that will be in place in May.

We are presently in the process of rescheduling the workshop, and the new dates will be announced as soon as possible.

We truly hope to host you here at The Weizmann Institute of Science in the near future.

The 18th p53 workshop celebrates the 40th birthday of the p53 field.

Starting from an anonymous protein of ambiguous nature, p53 has blossomed into the most extensively studied human gene. Thanks to years of dedicated research by the entire p53 community, we are finally on the road to harnessing basic science towards the development of novel p53-based cancer therapies.

This workshop will bring together experts from diverse backgrounds and provide an exciting platform to discuss the latest discoveries in p53 research.
