Registration fees & deadline

Registration fees include:

• Access to all scientific sessions and the exhibition hall
• A copy of the final program and abstract book
• Lunch, tea/coffee breaks on each day of the Conference
• Dinner & Mingle, Wednesday September 16
• Dinner & Party, Friday September 18
Payment
Registration is only valid upon receipt of payment. Payment details can be found on the invoice which you receive after registration.
Cancellation of registration
Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to the SCG 2015 Conference Secretariat. Cancellations postmarked before 1 August 2015 will be refunded deducting a handling fee of € 50,-  After 1 August 2015, registration fees are non-refundable.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the organizers, the conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the conference.

Online abstract submission is closed.

The deadline for abstract submission is July 1, 2015.

In case you wish to start preparing your abstract(s), click here to access the guidelines for abstract preparation and submission. It is advisable to begin submitting your abstract only when its content and authorship are final.

It is the responsibility of all investigators that all studies are performed with respect to national legislation, international legislation and ethical guidelines for medical research involving humans and/or animals. The SCG 2015 Scientific Committee reserves the right to reject any submitted abstract that is believed to violate these principles.
Submitted abstracts will undergo review by the scientific committee and will be scheduled for presentation at SCG 2015 only if accepted by the reviewers. In general, accepted abstracts will be scheduled as oral presentation or poster presentation. Scheduling notifications will be sent to the submitting authors around the end of July 2015.
To ensure scheduling of a submitted and accepted abstract in the final SCG 2015 program, the presenting author must be registered as an SCG 2015 delegate on August 1, 2015.

Accepted abstracts will be released publicly on Wednesday, September 16, 12.00 noon GMT. Until that time abstracts are embargoed. Accepted abstracts will be published on the conference web site and in the conference abstract book. By submitting an abstract you consent to giving SCG 2015 permission to publish your abstract.
Withdrawal of abstracts can only be accepted if notified in writing and subsequently confirmed by the SCG 2015 Secretariat.
