VENUE AND ACCOMMODATION

The Conference will be held at the Weizmann Institute of Science, Rehovot

LANGUAGE

The official language of the Conference is English

All lectures will take place in the Botnar Auditorium, Belfer Building.
Lunch and poster presentation on the 1st day will take place in the lobby of the Wix Auditorium

CLIMATE  & CLOTHING

The weather in Rehovot in November is moderate during the day and cool at night, it may be rainy. Temperatures averages from 14° to 24° C, Avg Precip: 4.58 cm (56°-76° F, Avg Precip: 1.8 in). For the local forecast check here
Informal dress code, head cover and comfortable shoes are recommended for touring.

VISAS
Participants from most EU countries and the US do not need visas to Israel. For participants from other countries we suggest you check with your local Israeli embassy or consulate. Invitation letters will be issued upon request.

INSURANCE

Health insurance is recommended. The Conference organizers shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury or accident.

HOW TO GET TO REHOVOT
Rehovot is conveniently accessible by air, with direct flights from many cities to Ben Gurion Airport, Israel’s primary airport.
