Orchid Jerusalem view Hotel (Maale Hachamisha) (meeting venue) is situated 14 km from Jerusalem, 55 km from Tel Aviv and 40 km from Ben Gurion International Airport. Facilities include an indoor swimming pool, spa treatments, sauna and steam bath, a gym and tennis court.
This peaceful and relaxing location provides an excellent venue for the meeting.

Rates include 5 nights' accommodation on bed and breakfast basis (June 7-12, 2015), as well as 4 dinners (at the hotel).

Local participants will be charged in local currency (New Israeli Shekels) at the rate of exchange on the day of transaction, plus VAT.

Saturday, June 6, 2015
After breakfast depart the hotel and drive to the lower Galilee to Nazareth, the town where Jesus spent his childhood. Visit the church of Annunciation and the church of St. Joseph.  Continue, via Kana, to Tiberias, the lovely resort town. Drive along the Sea of Galilee (Kinneret Lake) to visit Capernaum and view the ruins of the ancient synagogue where Jesus taught.  Continue to Tabgha, the site of the miracle of fish and loaves located at the foot of the Golan Heights.  Proceed to Jordan River (Yardenit), the famous baptismal site.

- Overnight at the Prima City Tel Aviv or similar, on a bed and breakfast basis

Tour B: Tel Aviv and Jaffa

Morning tour to include a visit to Rabin Square, Rothschild Boulevard, with the unique Bauhaus
architecture,  Neve Tzedek, one of the earliest neighborhoods in Tel Aviv and now a trendy area
and then on to Jaffa (Yafo) for a tour at the Visitor's Center, the Artist Quarter and the Old Port.
Continue to Maale Hachamisha for check-in and registration.

Following sessions, check out of hotel and drive to the Dead Sea area for
a light lunch to be followed by a dip in the Dead Sea. Continue towards
Eilat for overnight.
Overnight: Eilat

Saturday, June 13, 2015
Pick-up from hotel and transfer to the border crossing to
enter Jordan.
Drive to Petra, the Red Rose city.
Overnight: Eilat

Sunday, June 14, 2015
Flight back to Tel Aviv

- Travel by air-conditioned coach with the services of a government licensed tour guide to Eilat

- Return flight to Tel Aviv

Not including:
- Visa costs (if to be incurred) into Jordan
- Border taxes to cross into/return from Jordan (approximately US$ 65 per person, subject to change)
- Tips to guide and driver – in Israel and Jordan
- Transfer from Tel Aviv to the airport

Rate is based on a minimum of 15 participants.

Payment for Accomodation and Tours

In order to book your accommodation and optional tours, and in order to benefit from the special rates, please complete the accommodation/tours section on the online registration form. A deposit of one night per room is required and full payment for tours. The balance is payable (less deposit) upon your arrival at the Hospitality Desk with a 3% surcharge.  If full payment is made together with reservation (or at least one month prior to arrival) there will be no surcharge.

Payment for accommodation and tours may be made by bank transfer*, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners), or by invoice to your institution.

• Personal travel, luggage and health insurance are recommended.
• Please note that the organizers cannot be responsible for participants lacking appropriate insurance coverage in case of need.
• All services are booked on the condition that Target Conferences shall not be responsible for, and shall be exempt from, any and all liability in respect of any damage injury or accident, or any person or for loss of or damage to his or her luggage or any other property, or any reason whatsoever.

Cancellation of Accomodation and Tours

Up to 60 days prior to arrival                  - full refund less handling fee of US$50 per room
Between 60 and 45 days prior to arrival - full refund less handling fee of US$75 per room
Between 45 and 15 days prior to arrival - no refund of deposit on accommodation, full refund for tours
Less than 15 days prior to arrival            - no refund on tours or accommodation
