Orchid Jerusalem view Hotel (Maale Hachamisha) is situated in the Judean Hills on the outskirts of Jerusalem (please see link to map).

The Meeting will be conducted in English.
Letter of Invitation
Upon request, the Secretariat will send a personal letter of invitation to participate in the Meeting. It should be understood that such an invitation is only meant to assist participants raise travel funds or obtain a visa and does not represent a commitment on the part of the Organizing Committee.
Passports and Visas
Prior to booking your flight ticket, please ensure that your passport is valid until December 31, 2015. Participants from some countries require a visa to enter Israel. We suggest that you check this with your travel agent or on the website of the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Climate
The weather in Jerusalem in June is hot with highs of 33°C during the day and lows of 17°C in the evening.

Participants should book their flights to Ben Gurion International Airport (near Tel Aviv) with their travel agent, or directly on the internet.
Transportation from Ben-Gurion Airport to the Orchid Jerusalem view Hotel (Maale Hachamisha)
By private taxi
Taxis to the Orchid Jerusalem view Hotel (Maale Hachamisha) are available outside of the Arrivals Hall (Level G) of Ben Gurion Airport at a cost of approximately 270-320 Shekels (US$ 78-93) and the average trip is about 30 – 45 minutes.
By shared taxi
A shared shuttle service is also available to the Orchid Jerusalem view Hotel (Maale Hachamisha) through a service called NESHER. The cost for the shuttle is approximately 64 Shekels (US$ 20) per person. There may be a short waiting time as the shuttle will only depart the airport once it is full. Passengers should advise the driver the name of the hotel that they need to be dropped off at.
NESHER shuttles can be found outside of the Arrivals Hall (Level G). Please enquire at the ground airport information desk for assistance if needed.
Departure Information
By shared taxi
A shared shuttle service is available from the Orchid Jerusalem view Hotel (Maale Hachamisha) to Ben Gurion International Airport, provided by a company called NESHER. The cost for the shuttle is approximately 64 Shekels (US$ 20) per person. The service should be booked by your hotel concierge 24 hours in advance of your flight. Please keep in mind that the journey to the airport takes between 30 to 45 minutes (depending on traffic) and that check in time at Ben Gurion Airport is three hours prior to your flight departure for security checks.
