ACCOMMODATION PACKAGE New Israeli Shekels (NIS)

Package includes:
Accommodation for 3 nights with full board, commencing with dinner on January 17 and ending after breakfast on January 20. Get-together reception (January 17), coffee at breaks, picnic lunch, late evening drinks (January 18) and upgraded dinner (January 19).

Please note that as this is a package, no reimbursements can be made for portions not taken.

APPLICATIONS TO PARTICIPATE
Participation is limited to 120 registrants to facilitate discussions and brainstorming. To ensure representation of all interested groups, we will accept one person per research group until September 21, 2009, with additional applicants from the same group placed on a waiting list. From September 21, 2009 onwards registrations will be accepted in the order received as long as space is still available.

PAYMENT
In order to confirm your registration and accommodation, please complete and return the enclosed forms with payment to Target Conferences Ltd. at your earliest convenience.
Payment for registration must be made in full. A deposit of 500 NIS must accompany accommodation requests.
Payment for accommodation reserved through Target Conferences Ltd. is to be made (less deposit paid on first booking) upon arrival at the Hospitality Desk at the venue. Target Conferences Ltd. accepts travelers checks, Eurochecks and major credit cards.
If making payment by bank transfer, please ensure that the name/s of the participant/s and meeting name are clearly stated on the bank transfer. Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid at source.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Personal travel and health insurance is recommended.
Official check-in time to hotel is 14:00 hours and check-out at noon.
Target Conferences Ltd. does not coordinate shared accommodation.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Until 25 December 2009 – Refund on registration and accommodation package, less a
250 NIS handling fee.

After December 26, 2009 – No refund on registration and accommodation package deposit.
