Abstract Submission

Abstracts for oral or poster presentation must be submitted via this web site: click here.
The deadline for abstract submission – 15.07.08

Abstracts should be submitted according to the following instructions:

bullet The text is limited to one page
bullet Each word in the title should begin with a capital letter except transition words.
bullet The abstract body can be submitted as plain text or as a Word document, Times New Roman font, size 12 points, margins 2.5 cm on each side and justified.
bullet The submitter must indicate for which topic, from the list of nine topics listed above, the contribution should be considered.
bullet Once submitted, it is not possible to modify or edit the abstract. If you need to correct your abstract, please contact debi@congress.co.il  indicating the abstract number you have received after the submission.
After the deadline, the parallel session conveners will review the abstracts submitted and will inform the presenting author whether his contribution has been accepted for oral or poster presentation.
   

Notification of acceptance will be sent at the beginning of August 2008

Instructions for the preparation of posters
The dimensions of the posters should be: 90 cm (35.5 inches) width and 170 cm (59 inches) height. 
The text, illustrations, etc should be bold enough to be read from a distance of two meters (six feet). 
Accessories will be available for hanging the posters.
