Please note deadline for hotel reservation is as follows:

After these dates rooms will be confirmed upon availability.
Official check-in time is 14:00 hours and check-out time is noon.

Please note, you may make the hotel reservations, only if you are registered to the conference.

Payment
Accommodations are payable
	by one of the major credit cards: (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners).  A one night deposit will be charged upon registration. Your credit card will be charged for the remaining cost of accommodation two weeks prior of arrival.

Accommodation cancellation policy
Cancellations or changes must be addressed to Dan Knassim by e-mail (debi@congress.co.il) or fax (+972-3-7604829).
Rooms cancelled up to 15 days before arrival: full refund, less bank charges. Rooms cancelled 4 to14 days prior to arrival: one-night cancellation charge. Rooms cancelled 3 days or less prior to arrival: no refund.
