The registration fee for conference participants and students covers conference organization, conference material, a copy of the proceedings, conference reception, conference banquet, coffee break and lunches Monday through Friday.

 
The registration fee for accompanying persons covers conference organization, conference reception and conference banquet.

 
Payment

The registration fee can be paid by:
B Credit card: (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners). This is the preferred mode.
B Bank cheque made payable to Dan Knassim Ltd.
B Bank transfer: Please make drafts payable to: Dan Knassim Ltd.

Please make sure the name of the conference PANIC08 and your name are indicated on the bank transfer. Following the transaction, please fax or send by e-mail the bank confirmation.

Upon receiving your registration and fee, Dan Knassim will send you a confirmation letter by regular air mail.  It is highly recommended to bring this letter with you to the registration desk upon arrival to the conference venue.

 
Cancellation Policy:
Full refund of registration fees less bank charges will be made for cancellation received by fax or e-mail up to October 9, 2008.  After that date an additional cancellation charge of $ 50 will be applied.
