Eilat is a one-hour flight and about 5 hours bus and train ride from Tel Aviv, Ben Gurion International Airport.
1. Flight

There are domestic flights from Tel Aviv Ben Gurion International airport to Eilat operated by Israir and Arkia. It is recommended that you book the flight via your travel agent as a separate leg on your excursion air-ticket, or directly through the airline website.

At Ben Gurion Airport:
The domestic flights terminal is located at the Terminal 1 building. The way to the terminal is signposted, starting at the airport’s entrance gates.
The Israel Airports Authority runs a free inter-terminal bus service at a frequency of 15 minutes, 24 hours a day, all week. The buses are spacious and can accommodate the passengers and their luggage conveniently.  The bus stop in Terminal 3 (International Flights) is located on Level B of the multi-level road, between entrance gates 21 and 23.
The bus runs from Terminal 3 to the long-term parking lot and back and also drop's off passengers at Terminal 1.

2. Bus

Organized buses will be provided on Friday, Saturday and Sunday 7-9.11.08, at 13:00, 17:00 and 18:00, from Terminal 3 at the Ben Gurion airport to the hotels in Eilat for the sum of US$38 one way, based on a minimum of 20 participants per bus.

B Based on demand, we may increase the frequency of the buses.
  On return from Eilat, a bus service will be provided from the hotels to Ben Gurion Airport, with continuation to few central locations in Tel Aviv (the central train station, the Dan Panorama and the Hilton hotels) at the following timetable:
Friday: 14:00 and 16:00.
Saturday: 08:00 and 12:00.
In addition, a bus from the hotels in Eilat to few centrally located locations in Jerusalem (the central bus station, King David st.)  will be provided on Friday, 14:00.
3. Public Transportation

At the airport there are signs directing to the train station, which is located on Level S of Terminal 3. From there the southbound train runs to the city of Beer Sheba. In Beer Sheba, the train station is located next to the central bus station. There are 4 bus lines (numbers: 392, 393, 394, and 397) from there to Eilat.

Please note that:

B on Fridays the public bus and train lines end their services before sunset at approximately 16:00.
B Public transportation is not available at all on Saturdays.

Transportation in Eilat

There is no public bus transportation from Eilat Airport and the Central Bus Station to the north beach area, where the conference venue and accommodating hotels are located.
