Lecturers wishing to reserve books for courses should provide the Faculty Librarians with the relevant list of books. The list can be sent by e-mail or by dint of the Reserve Books for Courses form two months before the beginning of the semester.
If a purchase of new books or additional copies for a course is required, the complete Recommending Books for Library collections form should be sent at least three months before the course begins.
The Library also provides a preparation of chapters/sections from books required for courses service. Lecturers who are interested in this service are asked to refer to their Faculty Librarian for details as the course time approaches.Procedures/Rules for Reserving Books
The reserved books are marked by a red tape.
The books may be used in the library during the day. They must be returned to the librarian by 16:00.
The books may be borrowed overnight from 15:00 until 10:00 the next day.
and for the week-end from Thursday 15:30 until 10:00 Sunday morning
It is possible to reserve a book for loan on a certain date by registering on the reserved book list.General reserved books

Reserved Reference books
These books are marked by a yellow tape.
The books may be used in the library during the day. They must be returned to the librarian by 16:00.

Mathematics Library List of reserved Books
The reserved books collection serves the students, and has special circulation policies. Course Reserve books are kept in locked bookcases located below the windows. Readers requesting these books must speak to the librarian.
The books reserved for courses may be used in the Library during the day (after the card has been filled in), or borrowed overnight, and for weekends. Reserved books can be borrowed from 14.00, and must be returned to the Library by 10:00 the next morning. A fine will be imposed on overdue reserved books.

Physics Library List of reserved Books
Reserved books are designated by narrow yellow marking on the spine.
They may be used in the library during the day and borrowed:
overnight from 15.30 to 9.00 next morning.
weekends from Thursday 15.30 to Sunday 9.00Permanent reserve books are designated by broad yellow and gray markings on the spine, and may not be borrowed.
