Our new paper "Sub-nanometer mapping of strain-induced band structure variations in planar nanowire core-shell heterostructures", has just been published in Nature Communications with our collaborator from Barcelona, Jordi Arbiol and his group. This papers reports the sub-nanomater mapping of band structure in our previously reported core-shell ZnSe@ZnTe nanowires that showed photovoltaic behavior (ACS Nano 2017, 11, 6155):
