A cell expressing Vrg4-GFP that changes its localization from golgi to ER when grown in H2O2

During 2 hours of time-lapse microscopy Vrg4-GFP was tracked every 2 minutes under H2O2 exposure. Movie shows 3 frames per second.

A cell expressing Aim37-GFP that changes its localization from mitochondria to vacuole membrane when grown in H2O2

During 5 hours of time-lapse microscopy Aim37-GFP (green) and MTS-dsRed (red) were tracked every 10 minutes under H2O2 exposure. Movie shows 3 frames per second. Aim37-GFP is seen in the vacuole membrane accompanied accumulation of MTS-dsRed in the vacuole lumen. This phenomenon occurs for ~30% of the population.
