The Brain Sciences program at the Weizmann Institute invites outstanding students from biology, physics, mathematics and computer science, engineering, psychology, or any other relevant background, to join one of the leading centers of Brain Research worldwide. The M.Sc. program combines advanced coursework, three rotations in brain research laboratories, and thesis research that can be conducted in any brain-related laboratory at the Weizmann Institute. Particularly strong emphasis is given to studies of the neural basis of behavior, perception, memory and cognition, and to systems and theoretical neuroscience. Students in Brain Sciences M.Sc have the opportunity and are encouraged to continue to the Direct Ph.D track.
A Brain Sciences "open day" will be held at the Weizmann Institute on March, 7 2012.
Please register by emailing your name, current institution and study program to neuro@weizmann.ac.il
