In this workshop we will cover the basic use of the UCSC Genome browser: Understanding tracks, the information available, and tips and tricks for working with the browser.
(An advanced workshop on advanced uses, Table Browser and Galaxy will be given on May 29)
This workshop will be a live demonstration and will also have a hands-on session at the end with a prepared exercise for those interested, although participants are encouraged to come with their own data/questions.
No Prerequisites.
Registration is required.
