Pathway-based personalized analysis of cancer with Pathifier

 

 

Pathifier is an algorithm that infers pathway deregulation scores for each tumor sample on the basis of expression data. For more details see our publication:

The Standalone version includes two supplementary auxiliary tools in the software menu:

1.      The tool is intended to display A) biological pathways taken from NCI-Nature DB and combining patient’s gene expression information upon the display. B) STRING network. (Developed by Michael Majer, 2018-2020).

2.      The tool is intended to finding the common factors among the pathways in each cluster (defined by the Pathifier), in order to name the cluster in the optimal and most accurate way. (Developed by Gal Goldman, 2020).
