Additional Documents

In addition to filling and sending the electronic application form, candidates should also send the following documents to the email address that appears below:

1. Curriculum vitae
2. Passport picture, at least 1 megabyte in size
3. Publication list, according to the following division:
   • In press, or published articles in scientific and professional magazines
   • Review articles and book chapters
   • Conference abstracts
4. Advisor’s recommendation, in English.
   Subject line should be: [Candidate’s Name] – Women in Science Prize
5. An additional recommendation from a senior scientist who is familiar with candidate’s work and qualifications.
   Subject line should be: [Candidate’s Name] – Women in Science Prize

Recommendations can be sent directly to the Feinberg Graduate School

Received recommendations will be attached to the candidate's files already received.

    6. Prizes and scholarships received during the PhD and previous studies
    7. A letter of acceptance from the principal investigator in whose lab the candidate will conduct the postdoctoral
        research (please advise the PI that the Award will augment the fellowship you will receive from the lab)
    8.A 300-words or less abstract of the doctoral thesis, in English
    9.A 300-words or less description (background and goals) of the future research, in English

בנוסף על מילוי ושליחת טופס ההרשמה האלקטרוני, על המועמדות לשלוח לכתובת הדואר האלקטרוני המופיעה בהמשך את המסמכים הבאים:

1. קורות חיים
2. תמונת פספורט (פורמט תעודת זהות או דרכון), לפחות1 מגה.
3. רשימת פרסומים תוגש לפי החלוקה הבאה:

1. מאמרים בעיתונות מקצועית  - Published או In press
2. מאמרי  Review כולל פרקים בספר
3. תקצירים לכנסים

4. המלצת המנחה באנגלית.
    הנדון בהמלצה יצוין כדלקמן:  [Candidate’s Name] – Women in Science Prize
5. המלצה נוספת של מדע ןהמכיר את עבודתה מועמדת וכישוריה.
    הנדון בהמלצה יצוין כדלקמן:  [Candidate’s Name] – Women in Science Prize

הממליץ יכול לשלוח את המלצתו ישירות למדרשת פיינברג

6. רשימת פרסים במהלך הדוקטורט ובתארים קודמים.
7. מכתב קבלה מראש המעבדה להשתלמות בתר-דוקטוריאלית, כולל גובה המלגה
    (אנא עדכני את הממליץ שהפרס הניתן לך משלים את המלגה שהמארח מעניק לך).
8. תיאור קצר של עבודת הדוקטורט, עד 300 מילים באנגלית.
9. תיאור קצר של המחקר העתידי בהשתלמות (רקע כללי ומטרות), עד 300 מילים באנגלית.
