Price List

All microscopes and cameras must be pre-booked at the department. Priority is given to material from transgenic and knockout animals.

The following microscopes are available:

• Olympus SZX12 stereo microscope with bright and darkfield and fluorescent illumination (FITC, GFP and rhodamine filters). Contact Dr. Rebecca Haffner at tel. 2719.

• Two-headed Olympus SZX12 stereo microscope with bright and darkfield illumination. Contact Dr. Rebecca Haffner at tel. 2719.

• Nikon Eclipse E600 upright microscope (0.5 - 20X objectives) brightfield illumination. Contact Dr. Raya Eilam at tel. 3554.

• Nikon Eclipse E800 upright microscope (10 -100X objectives) with brightfield, darkfield, DIC (Nomarski) and fluorescent illumination. Contact Dr. Raya Eilam at tel. 3554.

• The department has a Zeiss LSM 510 confocal system with an inverted Zeiss Axiovert 100M microscope, DIC objectives and mechanized stage. The following excitation laser lines are available: 458,488,514,543 and 633 nm. Training in the use of the microscope will be provided. Contact Dr. Rebecca Haffner at tel. 2719.
