The molecular genetics department includes about 25 research groups that study diverse topics in embryonic development, cellular biology, human diseases, evolution, and more. The candidate will support our researchers in the field of machine learning, AI and image analysis.
השכלה וכישורים נדרשים:
Education and relevant skills: MSc in life science/ computer science / bioinformatics - is a must, PhD – advantage :Knowledge in Biology (Genomics – advantage) Work experience with big data :Practical experience in Machine Learning projects Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning / Artificial Neural Networks Deep experience in Python/Matlab/R programming Image analysis and familiarity with relevant libraries in Python or Matlab Proficiency in LINUX :Additional requirements High service oriented and interpersonal skills Self-learning ability An ability to work on several project simultaneously | |||
