Job description:

• Coordinating and managing ECWIS donors’ visits to campus (private visits and delegations).
• Coordinating and managing scientists travels to ECWIS donor meetings and events in Europe.
• Coordination of donor communication in collaboration with the Weizmann Institute Dept. of Resource Development.
• Supporting the ECWIS team which work from the Swiss office ( in Zurich, Switzerland) in all needed aspects of producing donors events and meetings.
• Managing and following the presence of ECWIS in all social media channels.
• Working with CRM system
