Conference on Structure, Function, Dynamics of Biomacromolecules

The Protein Structure, Dynamics and Function Conference will take place in Providence, RI from 4/29/16 to 5/1/16 and it's a "different" type of structural biology conference, which focuses on the biology of macromolecules (proteins/RNA/DNA) and includes all techniques.

This conference is based on a successful initial meeting in 2012 at St. Jude in Memphis, TN, which was organized by Richard Kriwacki, Kevin Gardner and Blake Hill. We will take the best from this conference and expand into new areas, including any techniques that enables us to understand the underlying biology of our systems.

All information can be identified on our webpage: Protein Structure, Dynamics and Function | Sailing the Protein Seas in the Ocean State.

While excellence in science is certainly the key aspects (we already have a stellar line-up of speakers and we will add more in the next months), other aspects will include affordability (registration, which includes all meals is only $150 for academic) and that many talks will be chosen from submitted abstracts, ensuring vibrant, novel reports.

Registration, Talk/Poster submission (poster session is sponsored by the protein society), hotel reservation (preferred blocks with the cheapest rates possible have been arranged and can be directly accessed via the webpage) can be accessed at http://www.brown.edu/conference/sailing-the-protein-seas/
