INPHARMA User Workshop

The INPHARMA consortium is pleased to announce an user workshop on the theoretical and practical aspects of INPHARMA (interligand NOE forpharmacophore mapping). It will take place on

                October 20-21, 2014 in Tübingen.

Talks will be given by the academic partners in the consortium, groups of Prof. Christian Griesinger, Prof. Teresa Carlomagno, and PD Thomas Exner, and will cover all steps from sample preparation to the NMR experiments and finally to the prediction of complex structures using docking methods. Additionally, we have planed different time slots for meeting with the INPHARMA developers and discussing user specific questions or working on hands-on tutorials using the different software modules of INPHARMA.  Thus,
we hope that the workshop will be equally interesting for NMR experts in the structure-based drug design field and computational chemists as well as researches with some INPHARMA experience and those, who are thinking about using it for their research.

For further information and updates on the workshop especially regarding the exact time table (hopefully available next week), please visit the website

We are looking forward to welcoming you and/or your co-workers in Tübingen. The workshop is absolutely free but we would like to ask you to register at the website given above for better planing. Travel bursaries for PhD students and Postdocs are available.
