NUS Workshop 31. May - 01. Jun 2017 / TU Munich, Germany

The NUS Workshop 2017 at the TU Munich:
"Non-uniform sampling, hands-on, lectures and practical demonstrations"

Date and Location: 31. May (noon) - 01. Jun 2017 (afternoon), TU Munich, Germany

Organizing committee: Sam Asami (TUM), Gerd Gemmecker (TUM), Michael Sattler (TUM, HMGU)

Application deadline: 01.04.2017
Further information can be found at http://www.bnmrz.org/index.php?layout=edit&id=66

Non-uniform sampling plays a central role in state-of-the-art NMR spectroscopy, allowing to significantly accelerate NMR experiments, which in turn enables the acquisition of multidimensional experiments in a fraction of time. Different NUS sampling and processing approaches emerged in the past years, which will be introduced in a "hands-on" fashion by expert scientists, actively developing these techniques:

Haribabu Arthanari (Harvard Medical School, USA)
Vladislav Orekhov (University of Gothenburg, Sweden)
Wiktor Koźmiński (University of Warsaw, Poland)
Mark Bostock (University of Cambridge, UK)
Wolfgang Bermel (Bruker Biospin, Rheinstetten, Germany) - pending

The course is suited for doctoral students, postdocs and PIs with at least average NMR experience with setting up, running and processing 2D and 3D NMR experiments.
