Postdoctoral Fellowship: Duke University Medical Center (in-vivo 1H MRI/MRS)

The Duke University - Center for Advanced MR Development in Durham, North
Carolina, USA, are looking for a highly motivated scientist who works well independently
within a creative collaboration framework. Fellows will participate in a
multi-disciplinary research program developing novel imaging and spectroscopic
imaging methodologies for use in cancer and chronic disease research. Primary
research areas center on: 1) use of MRI/MRS methods for non-invasive
evaluation of immunotherapeutic tumor therapies, and 2) evaluation of
longitudinal efficacy of anti-angiogenic therapy through multi-parametric MRI/
MRS at 3T. Postdoctroal responsibilities are varied, and involve all phases of
human neuroimaging research.

Candidates should have a Ph.D. in engineering, computer science, physics, or
related fields. Experience in computer programming (e.g. Python, shell
scripting, C/C++) and image processing (e.g. custom routines, FSL, NiPype,
Freesurfer) is highly desired.

Candidates should have a proven track record of publications. Strong written
communication skills are required. The position is available starting October
1st, 2017.
