Spanish Society of Friends and Ramon Areces foundation- Spanish language event

On October 20, the Ramon Areces Foundation led by Mr. Ramaimundo Perez-Hernandez y Torra teamed up with the Spanish Society of Friends, chaired by Mr. Ruben Lerner, featuring Prof. Lucio Frydman as key speaker.

Board Member Mrs. Beatriz Perales also welcomed participants, as did Mr. Zohar Menshes, Executive Vice President of the European Committee of the Weizmann Institute of Science.

The event featured Argentinean-born Weizmann Institute scientist Prof. Lucio Frydman, head of the Department of Chemical and Biological Physics. Prof. Frydman’s research focuses on magnetic resonance (MR) spectroscopy and imaging, techniques that enable researchers to characterize molecular structure and behavior with unprecedented precision. He has developed numerous sophisticated theories and practical techniques that enable the determination of the structures of materials.
