We are looking for an execution-oriented individual who craves the excitement and freedom of building and running an early-stage EdTech startup
Spark is an innovative mobile game and a platform for children to engage as individual players or with friends, to encounter exciting challenges, overcome the obstacles along the way and even create their own unique challenges to share with others. All while solving the wonders of the physical world around them and acquiring skills of science literacy and creative thinking.
We are currently looking for a CEO to take ownership of Spark and scale it into a fast-growing business.
As the CEO, you should possess the following skills and competencies:
Proven experience building a robust tech product
Experience launching, scaling, or growing one or multiple early-stage businesses
A proven track record of taking ideas and bringing them to life
Experience getting scrappy to create early traction and growth for a new business
Previous experience in the EdTech space preferred
A demonstrated ability to collaborate with academic and/or industry partners
As the CEO, you will be responsible for:
Executing the successful build, launch, and continuing growth of Spark
Setting a clear vision and product roadmap for the business
Activating distribution routes, sourcing first users and supercharging growth
The Deal:
Equity stake and a modest fixed wage component
Product after POC, and after Pre Seed investment by MindCET and the Davidson Institute
Support from MindCET and The Davidson Institute across all areas of your business
Strategic support and engagement opportunities with MindCET and Davidson’s partners

Participation in MindCET’s Accelerator:
