Your role will include:

Responsible for managing and coordinating ongoing contractual and tender processes within the Operations Division, including but not limited to:

  • Stakeholder guidance: Accompanying professional teams through all tender stages—understanding their needs, drafting terms of reference for discussion, and consolidating technical documents for approval by the Institute’s Tender Committee.
  • Administrative oversight: Conducting day-to-day administrative management and controls for contract and tender procedures across the division.
  • Contract monitoring: Overseeing existing agreements and renewals as needed, including handling extensions of insurance validity, approvals, and guarantees.
  • Cross-functional coordination: Ensuring alignment and synchronization between internal department interfaces and external entities such as the Tenders & Contracts Unit, Legal Department, and external suppliers.

Skills and abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a closely related field – mandatory.
  • Tender preparation experience – an asset.
  • Full proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • High-level proficiency in both Hebrew and English, written and spoken.
  • Strong attention to detail, thoroughness, broad perspective, and capability to lead complex processes.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and customer-service orientation.
