Your role will include:
Responsible for managing and coordinating ongoing contractual and tender processes within the Operations Division, including but not limited to:
- Stakeholder guidance: Accompanying professional teams through all tender stages—understanding their needs, drafting terms of reference for discussion, and consolidating technical documents for approval by the Institute’s Tender Committee.
- Administrative oversight: Conducting day-to-day administrative management and controls for contract and tender procedures across the division.
- Contract monitoring: Overseeing existing agreements and renewals as needed, including handling extensions of insurance validity, approvals, and guarantees.
- Cross-functional coordination: Ensuring alignment and synchronization between internal department interfaces and external entities such as the Tenders & Contracts Unit, Legal Department, and external suppliers.
Skills and abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a closely related field – mandatory.
- Tender preparation experience – an asset.
- Full proficiency in MS Office applications.
- High-level proficiency in both Hebrew and English, written and spoken.
- Strong attention to detail, thoroughness, broad perspective, and capability to lead complex processes.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and customer-service orientation.
