Your role will include:
Responsibility for digital content management, leading content productions, and implementing the organization's brand identity, including:
- Managing, editing, and maintaining digital content assets, including writing, adapting, and tailoring content for diverse target audiences while ensuring consistency, quality, and coherence across all digital platforms.
- Leading podcast and video content productions from planning through publication, including managing production processes and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, supporting interviewees and senior executives, working with vendors and production teams, attending filming and recording days, and providing ongoing on-site support.
- Responsibility for all production-related deliverables, including episode descriptions, teasers, content uploads, and distribution.
- Managing and implementing the organization's branding, including providing professional guidance and support to employees and managers, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, and maintaining the organization's brand asset library.
- Managing multiple tasks simultaneously, working independently with sound judgment, meeting deadlines, and effectively handling workloads and changes in a dynamic environment.
Skills and abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field within the Social Sciences or Humanities – required
- At least 3–5 years of experience in content, digital, or production roles – required
- Experience leading production processes or complex cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders – required
- Experience managing content for websites – required
- Experience producing podcasts and/or video content – significant advantage
- Experience working with branding – advantage
- High level of proficiency in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Proactivity, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to change
- Initiative and the ability to lead processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously over time and work effectively across multiple interfaces and stakeholders
