Your role will include:
- Legal document analysis.
- Negotiating research agreements in accordance with organizational policy, with funding bodies in Israel and abroad.
- Analyzing, interpreting, and advising on the guidelines and regulations of funding bodies.
Skills and abilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Law – required (licensed attorney – an advantage)
- Experience in contractual negotiations – an advantage
- Familiarity with scientific research agreements – an advantage
- Familiarity with intellectual property law – an advantage
- Familiarity with the financial aspects of research grants – an advantage
- Full proficiency in Office applications
- Good familiarity and ability to work with AI systems
- Full proficiency in Hebrew and English
- Strong organizational skills, precision, and thoroughness
- Good interpersonal communication and high service orientation
- Ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to work beyond standard hours as needed
